Traffic lights are a key element of mobility. At Oriux, a global industry leader, I assisted the marketing and engineering teams to develop, improve, and deliver traffic solutions for the U.S. and Canadian markets.

 

Phase 1 - Analyze

Outline a plan to tackle critical KPIs regarding the traffic signals products' family.

Conduct the identified changes to achieve a better performance of the products.

Expand the methodology across the company, assisting teams to better different products.
