An overhaul for NARS open sell system is developed to roll out throughout their 120+ locations in NA. Assisted the team in the development of a new concept for an OS system that aligns with the new program. The system builds on the existing frame and fixture to achieve an innovative customer experience minimizing the number of new components and installation resources.
Design
Defined the constrains around the system. Aligned materials, finishing and features with brand language.
Prototype
Generated CNC files, outlined assembly systems and product tolerances using plastics and metal components to deliver a seamless-updateable solution.
Production
Validated functionality and client approval to hand off master and CNC files to production.
Hourglass Overhaul 2023

Cruelty-free brand, Hourglass trusted us with the new customer experience design, which is to be rolled out across Nordstrom locations in 2023.
Design
Following brand language, and the construction criteria for Nordstrom stores, we developed a rich and clean new look that elevates the user experience.
Prototype
Fabrication and lo-fi models helped to improve access to back stock, as well as highlight new products using high contrast surfaces with sustainable materials.
Production
A prototype that showcased the experience secured client satisfaction and delivered production a master sample for fast and precise manufacture and installation.
NUDESTIX End Cap 2023

Canadian brand Nudestix allowed us to support the launch of their prime line NUDIES. This fast-selling product served as the anchor to develop a platform that maximized access to inventory and easy re-stock of their multi-product packaging.
Design
A dynamic solution that brings together different products in a single space achieved the brand's flexibility and visibility in a competitive environment.
Prototype
Fast prototyping rounds and iterations improved shopability and stock capacity for the 2 versions of the unit that seats as an end cap.
Production
A modular approach reduced the number of components improve manufacturing schedule and quality control.
